Row 500m

5 Push Ups

5 Pull ups

5 Squats

5 Sit Ups

5 Box Jumps

Mobility

WOD

a.  Jerk – light/ medium weight, 4×5 then last round of 5 full squat clean and jerk.

b.  Handstand Walk/ Hold (skill dependant) 3 minutes for distance
