Warm Up and WOD

2 laps of the Trim Trail, treat it like an assault course, dodge, dip, duck and dive!  Up and down stairs, over or under benches and tables whatever you feel like!

Mobility

Overhead work if we there is time.   Snatch position, balance, hang.
