10 Push Ups

15 Air Squats

Equal to 150 Pull Ups, 300 Push Ups and 450 Squats.

    Good effort, well done.

    I did this on my own tonight, what a slog to half way then the light at the end of the tunnel – dinner – got me through. Mostly strict pull ups, around 31-36 seconds per round.
