Warm Up – collect a wall ball (9/6kg) and a kettle bell (20/14kg) and move to the field.

some running, some team games and then some mobility


Bolt Chipper, For Time;

Run 200m

25 KB Swings – Russian

Run 200m

Partner repeats;

Run 200m

20 KB Swings

20 Wall Ball sit ups

Run 200m

Partner Repeats;

Run 200m

15 KB Swings

15 Wall Ball sit ups

15 KB goblet squats

Run 200m

Partner repeats. Finish.

Make sure you bring a water bottle!

    A tough workout today in some serious heat. Everyone worked hard and it was good to see a determined effort to push through unbroken on most of the movements!
