1 Lap of the Island as a group, push the pace towards the end, not too much.

10 Down Ups

10 Squats

5 Pull Ups – pause at top

30 second handstand hold

WOD 

EMOM 8 Mins

minute 1 – 15 Double Unders

minute 2 – 30 second plank
