I am not in today, back in Monday.

Warm Up

500m Row

5 Pull Ups

5 Push Ups

10 Sit ups

10 Squats


Tabata Something else

8 rounds of 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest – of Pull Ups, then Push Ups, then Sit Ups, then Squats.  Time does not stop, count total reps for each movement.


WOD taken from 1 Aug 2013.  The WOD will now follow the main site from this date 2013 for the leave period.  I will be in most of leave until 16 Aug.  Happy to train with anyone, can crack some extra stuff too!
