I am not going to be here today as I am off to CrossFit Waterlooville to see Tej’s Box at 1400-1600.


If you want to come then it’s called Iron Duke, or I will be leaving at about 1330 so let me know if you want a lift.


Skill for today is Snatch – so do OHS and spending time in the bottom, hold and feel the position.  Work on Hang Snatch and Snatch Balance – speed under the bar


For time;

30 Snatch.  Full squat snatch, choose a weight which you can break into sets of 5-10 at a time.  Don’t rush, just keep going and get them done well.  Use this as a practise session.  Thursday will be hard.
