CFK Warm Up

Shoulder and Ankle mobility

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
Handstand walk 10 meters
5 L-sit towel pull ups
10 One-legged overhead squats, PVC pipe

 

Scale as required, form and consistency before intensity.
