CFK Warm Up

+20m walking lunge

squat therapy

WOD

For time, 21-18-15-12-9-6 and 3 rep rounds of:
Walking lunge steps
40kg Barbell thruster
Pull-ups
Knees to elbows

Scale first by weights and movements then reps

weights to 20/30kg thrusters, band pull ups and knees to waist

Scale reps for new members to – 12-9-6-3
