CFK Warm Up

WOD – Nate

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:

2 Muscle Ups

4 Handstand Push Ups

8 Kettlebell Swings, 2/1.5 pood (32/24kg)

Scaled to;

4 Chest To Bar or normal Pull Ups (jumping, banded or strict)

4 Dips on rings or bars

4 HSPU progression

8 KB Swing (20/16kg)
