CFK Warm Up

WOD

50-40-30-20-10 reps, for time of:

Wall Ball, 20/14 lbs – Scale weight not reps.

Box Jump, 24/20 in

Kettlebell Swing, 1.5/1 pood (24/16kg)

 

Next week we are going to hit test week again.  Testing 1RM’s and some of the test WOD’s.  Rest well this weekend.
