Strength

5×5 Weighted Pull Ups & Dips – alternate, use rings or bars.

WOD

Five rounds for time of:
5 Wall climbs
10 Strict Toes to bar
20 Box step ups, 20/16″ box – 2x KB

rest 1 minute between rounds.
