I doubt you will be training at 11, as it is remembrance day.

If you are able to train later then do this;

CFK Warm Up

Strength

3×5 Strict Press then 2×8 push press with the same weight.

WOD

Death by pull ups

minute 1 – 1, then min 2 = 2 then 3 and so on……as many sets within the minute, but you must complete the reps.
