Welcome back from Leave – I hope you all had a good break and are ready to enforce the new years resolutions, if you made any.  If not, back to grind and into a new routine, courtesy of Optimum Performance Training, starting next week when I am back.  At centre parcs this week, so back in on the 12th.

CFK Warm Up

30/30 squats

WOD

For time:
45/35kg Back squat, 50 reps  (Scale to air squats for new comers).
50 Sit-ups
35/25kg Back squat, 50 reps
50 Back extensions
25/15kg Back squat, 50 reps
50 Sit-ups
