CFK Warm Up

Skill

Back Squat Position

CrossFit Total

Back squat, 1 rep
Shoulder Press, 1 rep
Deadlift, 1 rep

3 attempts at max lift.  Work up gradually, give yourself a couple of minutes rest, work in pairs or threes.  FORM and CONSISTENCY before INTENSITY
