Fri 27 Feb – CrossFit Open 15.1

Team, this is the first workout (parts 1&1a) of the 2015 CrossFit Open.  In front of a clock set for 15 minutes perform workout 1, then 1a as soon as you’ve finished the first part.

CFK Warm Up

Workout 15.1
Complete as many rounds as possible in 9 minutes of:
15 toes-to-bars
52.5/34kg deadlifts, 10 reps
52.5/ 34kg snatches, 5 reps

Workout 15.1a
6 minutes to find 1-rep-max clean and jerk
