Spring is in the air! I’ll be there if no babies have arrived. For those not signed up to the CrossFit open, there IS still time. By 1AM Tuesday morning. 

Go for it, nothing to lose. Challenge yourself, scaled, masters or RX. 

Repeat today of Friday. 

Team, this is the first workout (parts 1&1a) of the 2015 CrossFit Open.  In front of a clock set for 15 minutes perform workout 1, then 1a as soon as you’ve finished the first part. 

CFK Warm Up Workout 15.1 

Complete as many rounds as possible in 9 minutes of: 15 toes-to-bars 52.5/34kg deadlifts, 10 reps 52.5/ 34kg snatches, 5 reps

Workout 15.1a 

6 minutes to find 1-rep-max clean and jerk
