CFK Warm Up


Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
50/35kg push press, 10 reps
24/16kg kettlebell swing, 10 reps – Russian
24/16-inch box jump, 10 reps

Scaled Version – same reps

Push Press less weight or sub with push ups

KB @ 16/ 12kg

20/16inch box jump

    RX – 8 full rounds and 7 box jumps on 9th. Imagine my joy when I saw thrusters after two days of 15.4!!
