Nukes 6 minutes to complete:
1 lap run
142.5/100kg deadlifts, max reps
Then, 8 minutes to complete:
1 lap run
102.5/75kg power cleans, max reps
Then, 10 minutes to complete:
1 lap run
62.5/40kg overhead squats, max reps
