I am away today, but the cover and change of bars on the rig should be happening today and tomorrow.  So we will be moving kit next week, aiming to start the foundation course the first week in May. 

 CFK Warm Up 

 
Strength

5×5 Deadlift for load.  If a new skill gain form and consistency ahead of load (intensity). 90 seconds rest between lift 

 
Met Con – if time, if not then do first half.  

 5 Min AMRAP

15x Box jumps (30/24)

10x Burpees

5x Double KB Thrusters (24/16kg) 

 Rest 2 minutes 

 5 Min AMRAP

10x KB Swing

6x Down Ups

4x Push Ups
