10 rounds of:
1 minute of rowing
Rest 15 seconds
30 seconds of ring dips ( box dips/ bar dips or push ups)
Rest 15 seconds

    Row 191 cal
    Press Ups 121

    I was hoping to get 20 cals every minute but it started to drop off at round 7
    Press ups died after the 4th round.
