21-15-9-6-3 reps for time of:
Strict handstand push-ups – difficult in our new area. A solution will be there soon!!  We have a wall so not far off.
90/60kg front squats
Burpees

Scale to;

HSPU progression(feet on a box)/ Push Ups

Air Squat or lighter load Front Squat

Burpees!  No scale.
