Clean – Power, Squat, Hang, High Hang

Box Jump

WOD

AMRAP 8 minutes;

5 Hang Power Cleans – barbell lightly loaded (if solid form)

7 Box Jumps

9 Sit Ups

Warm down and stretch lower back and legs
