CFK Warm Up + JYD

WOD – load is either 40/30kg or less.

Minute 1

Number 1 – Thruster for 1 Minute

Number 2 – Deadlift for 1 minute – then swap

Minute 2

Same reversed

rest 1 min

Minute 4

1 – Pull Ups

2 – Push Ups

Minute 5

Same reversed

rest 1 min

Minute 7

1 – Kettle Bell Swing

2 – Box Jumps

Minute 8

Same reversed

Rest 1 minute – repeat.
