CFK Warm up

Tabata sprints. On the field mark out no more than a 50m lane. Work in pairs (number 1 does the whole exercise then you swap) and perform a 20 second all out sprint (shuttle if you make more than 50m) then stop for 10 seconds. Repeat another 7 times. 4 minutes total. Then swap. 

Then perform this with push ups. 

Then sit ups. 

Then squats. Then stop. Enjoy the weekend
