5x 10 Lunges – build skill or strength depending on ability

WOD – In Pairs

3 rounds each, 6 in total, for time of:

Overhead Walking Lunge, 20/15kg barbell, 20m

21 Burpees

number 1 works then rests as number 2 rests.
