WOD:
As many reps as possible in 10 mins of:
Pull Ups
Burpees (Hand Release)
You can complete these in any combination you wish but the same style pull up must be used throughout.
1100hrs in Whaley Club.
Bring skipping rope, if you have one.

After 8mins we realised that 10 was going to be more than enough, especially after yesterday’s leg destruction epic.
