For Max Weight:

5 – 5 – 5 – 5 – 5

Squat Clean

 

The 5 Reps must be touch ‘n’ go with minimal adjustment and no rest.

Rest at your leisure between each round. 2-3 mins is acceptable.

  1. Spent time working on Snatch today. Worked up to 60kg with ‘ok’ technique. Did a few Cleans to finish off.
